  • Scott DeWalt

    Scott DeWalt

    The Executive Director and founder of TheraPsych, Scott is a Licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator who brings deep compassion and clinical mental health expertise to every journey. With a Master of Social Work in clinical mental health and a license in clinical social work, he brings considerable knowledge to the areas of equality, social justice, civil rights, and mental health. Scott founded TheraPsych in 2022 to improve access to ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and natural medicine. He is also the Managing Director of Elevated Healing Center, a Natural Medicine Healing Center (owned by TheraPsych) in Manitou Springs, CO. Scott integrates such modalities as EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and existentialism into his facilitation work.

  • Jill McCormick

    Jill McCormick

    Jill is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional through the International Association of Trauma Professionals.  She is trained in various modalities including EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Level 1 Certified), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 1 certified) and Psychedelic-Assisted therapy (Ketamine, MDMA, and Psilocybin).  She draws from different approaches as needed respecting each person's individuality and unique path.  Mindfulness, body work and the exploration of "parts" of the self inform her approach.  Jill is a collaborative provider who trusts each person's inner wisdom, putting the client in control of their healing path.

  • Alisa Hannum

    Alisa Hannum

    Dr. Alisa Hannum is a licensed clinical psychologist located in Colorado Springs, CO. She received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from West Virginia University in 2010. Dr. Hannum completed internship at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System in 2009 and a two-year NIH funded postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2012. Dr. Hannum served as a staff psychologist and program manager for the Veterans Health Administration for more than 10 years. Her areas of expertise focus on suicide prevention treatment for trauma, PTSD, and complex PTSD. Her interest in the psychedelic space focuses on the use of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy to help patients address trauma and to build a life worth living. She completed Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Sciences (MAPS) MDMA Assisted Psychotherapy Training in 2021. She also completed training for a Colorado Natural Medicine facilitator license in 2025. Dr. Hannum was appointed by Colorado governor Jared Polis to the Department of Regulation Agencies Natural Medicine Advisory Board in March 2024.

  • Lane Belone

    Lane Belone

    Lane Belone is a U.S. Army Green Beret veteran, author, and board member at TheraPsych. He carries the wisdom of his Navajo and Zuni ancestry and a deep relationship with the healing traditions of Peru, where he has guided many through transformative journeys with reverence and care. Lane brings a rare synthesis of grounded operational excellence, spiritual insight, and lived experience to TheraPsych’s mission. He is especially passionate about expanding safe, legal access to psychedelic-assisted therapy for veterans and first responders seeking profound healing and reconnection.

  • Kenny Stahl

    Kenny Stahl

    Kenneth Lero Stahl is a somatic therapist, psychedelic guide, and bodyworker with over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed healing. Trained in craniosacral therapy, neuromuscular therapy, and somatic integration, Kenny weaves ceremonial insight with deep body wisdom. As a board member of TheraPsych, he leads somatic preparation and integration for psychedelic healing, with a passion for serving men, veterans, and those navigating TBI. His approach blends nature-based practices, ancestral traditions, and archetypal insight to support deep personal transformation. Guided by honesty, compassion, and a deep reverence for human potential, Kenny serves as a mirror for truth and clarity on the healing path.

  • Leif Ullman

    Leif Ullman

    Leif has spent most of his career in the high tech and startup worlds, having co-founded and sold a technology business focused on providing software to childcare centers.  Currently, he works as President of Ullman Technologies, helping to guide and implement technology and business strategy for a variety of clients. Leif is a co-founder of Soco Angels, a network of angel investors located in Colorado Springs, Pueblo and Fremont County areas, and also serves on the boards of Exponential Impact and Startup Colorado.  Leif is passionate about the healing potential for psychedelic-assisted therapy, having both seen and experienced the transformative nature of this work first hand.  Leif brings his deep expertise in operational and organizational management to the board, leveraging his prior startup and board experience to help further the mission of Therapsych. 

  • John Gillis

    John Gillis

    John Gillis is a family medicine physician who calls Colorado his home.  He worked in Grand Junction, Cortez, and Towaoc, Colorado.  He lived in Alaska from 2004-2018, and in 2019 returned to Colorado and made his home in Colorado Springs. Now retired from a full-time practice of medicine, John's focus is twofold: advancing psychedelic medicine, and working on living a well-balanced life.

  • Sarah Hope

    Sarah Hope

    Sarah Hope has been facilitating natural medicines since 2018.  She is a nature connected coach, retreat leader and educator. Her approach is compassionate, welcoming and inclusive, guiding people through trauma to greater clarity and purpose in life. She has been in service for the last decade as coach, guide, teacher, and retreat leader and currently teaches Nature Connected Psychedelic Integration through Earth Based Institute.

     Education: BA, Psychology and Spanish, K-12 Curriculum and Education, Indigenous study, NCC, Nature Connected Coaching, PCC Professional Certified Coach, Breathwork, Gestalt, Partswork, Nature Retreat Leadership.

     She holds a unique space as a bridge connecting indigenous shamanic wisdom, modern psychology, and ancestral earth medicine practice. 

  • Andrew Van Dyke

    Andrew Van Dyke

    Andrew has worked in mental health since 1998 and holds a Doctorate of Psychology. As a certified psychedelic-assisted therapist, he brings extensive experience and a compassionate presence to every session. Andrew honors each person’s unique process, believing in their innate ability to heal with minimal intervention.

    Using psychedelic medicine, Andrew inspires personal and collective healing, creating a safe, sacred space for exploration and growth. Guided by his own journey of self-discovery, he integrates authenticity, mindfulness, and intentional living into his work. His vision is to foster love, self-awareness, and meaningful connection, helping participants heal themselves and contribute to a more harmonious world.
